'The Lifeguard' training and development manual is a compulsory element in the National Pool Lifeguard Training Programme.

The Lifeguard is a new and exciting publication to be launched in February 2001. Introduced to complement the Approved Centres programme of training courses it is recommended that every Lifeguard maintains their own personal copy.

Presented in a high quality binder each section is tabbed and colour coded for ease of access, it incorporates the Log Book record sheets making this is a substantial publication.
